3. Eligibility

To register for online banking services, you must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid account with us, and provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to decline or suspend access at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your security credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service.
• Never share your password, PIN, or security details with any person, including bank staff.
• Never write down or store your credentials in an unsecured location.
• Log out completely after every online banking session.
• Never access your account on unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We will never contact you by phone, email, or message to ask for your full password, PIN, or security codes. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our online banking services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services to engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any transactions that violate applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected.

6. Transactions and Payments

Once a payment instruction or fund transfer has been submitted and confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel or reverse the transaction. You are responsible for ensuring all payment details — including account numbers, sort codes, and amounts — are correct before authorizing any transaction. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.

7. Online Service Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to our online services, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any losses arising from: unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your security credentials; losses caused by third-party service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or through our online banking portal. Continued use of our online services after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our online banking services at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory order. You may request deactivation of your online banking access at any time by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered and operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
